  • Owner and CFO of Buffalo Ridge Insurance.
  • I'm happy to serve the school & community that has both shaped and given to me.
  • I share the mission and goal of the Luverne Education Legacy Fund to enhance the education experience of our kids. I'm proud of what we've done, but more importantly, excited about the potential of what can be done.

  • 1994 LHS graduate and current resident of Luverne.
  • I am married to Tom, who also graduated in '94.
  • Our children, Genna (class of '21), Tyler (class of '24), Nic (class of '28), and Phillip (class of '30), represent the 4th generation of our family to attend school in Luverne.
  • Owner-Associate broker at Real Estate Retrievers.
  • It is an honor to be a part of the LELF board and contribute to our community's love and support for our education system. My goal is to help enhance the education experience for our children both now and in the future.

  • Business Manager of Luverne Public Schools
  • The school and community of Luverne has always been close to my heart and it is the reason I wanted to move back to the area. 
  • I am passionate about the youth of our community as they are the future and foundation to keeping this great school district alive and well.  This is why I echo the mission of LELF, and want to ensure all donations are spent in the areas of the greatest need in order to have a positive influence on as many Luverne Public Schools students as possible.

  • Luverne Public School Social Studies teacher for 36 years (retired)
  • I feel I can provide a unique insight from the educator’s point of view to the committee.
  • The Luverne Educaton Legacy Fund will help enhance our students’ learning and provide them with opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have while in high school.
  • The Luverne School and community have provided my family with a strong foundation to achieve success in life’s endeavors.   By serving on this committee, it gives me a chance to give back to the community.

  • Originally from Denison, Iowa
  • Moved to Luverne in 1994.
  • Owner / President of Professional Ag Marketing Inc in Luverne. A risk management firm that specializes in assisting grain and livestock producers manage price risk in their business.
  • My wife Kim and I have 4 children in the Luverne school system.  
  • I appreciate the opportunity to be involved in the Luverne Education Legacy Fund. The passion and pride expressed throughout this community for the school system and community in general is impressive. It’s wonderful to play a small role in maintaining and building on that momentum.

  • My husband, Jeff, and I own and operate Hartquist Funeral Home in Luverne.
  • We have three children that attend Luverne Public Schools. Being a part of Luverne Education Legacy Fund is a tangible way for me to give back to our community and support our students and staff.
  • I believe in the mission of LELF, the importance of being a good steward to donations and connecting monies to areas of need within a district that tax dollars are not able to cover. Together we can continue the tradition of Luverne Schools as a strong, vibrant place for our children to receive a high quality education.

  • Moved to Luverne in 2008
  • Faculty member at Minnesota West Luverne Center (Radiologic Technology Program) since 2008 and assists with my husband, Brad’s business Sieve Electric.
  • Brad and I have two kids: Ava, Class of '26 and Owen, Class of '29.
  • Since moving to the Luverne community in 2008, I’ve been nothing short of impressed with the continued involvement and support that makes this small town a great place to live and raise a family.  I am thankful for the opportunity to help give back to Luverne Public Schools through LELF as I have had the pleasure to interact with so many wonderful teachers, staff, and administrators in this district.  I am grateful to serve alongside community members who want to improve facilities and experiences for our youth, school, and community.

  • Moved to Luverne in 1994
  • Married to wife Kirsten (LHS Class of ‘92) and have five children who are fifth generation Luverne High School students or graduates
  • Attorney at Eisma and Eisma Attorneys at Law since 1994
  • I appreciate the opportunity to serve on the LELF Board and to support its mission of funding education in ways that are not paid by tax dollars. Education, both inside and outside of the classroom, is key to being productive members of our society and I believe LELF is a great tool to support this education. Our generous alumni and community are critical to the success of our mission to educate our children and I am grateful for their support.

  • My husband Matt and I have two kids: Charlie, Class of '27 and Ingrid, Class of '28.
  • I have seen Luverne Schools from the perspective of a student, a parent and an employee. This community cares about the future of our youth. LELF has helped provide top notch facilities, classroom resources and access to modern advancements.
