LHS 2184 Campaign
In 2017, voters in Luverne School District 2184 overwhelmingly supported a historic $31 million school renovation and expansion project. That exciting project will be completed in 2021.
The Luverne Education Legacy Fund (LELF), formerly the Luverne School Foundation, is announcing a new opportunity for Luverne High School alumni and supporters to enhance this project and demonstrate their pride for their school through the LHS 2184 Campaign.
The LHS 2184 Campaign will provide resources over and above taxpayer dollars to ensure this once-in-a-lifetime project will be a remarkable source of pride for Luverne students, community and alumni!
The LHS 2184 Campaign will also greatly strengthen LELF’s overall efforts to support the following strategic areas at Luverne Public Schools:
Luverne alumni, supporters and businesses are invited to be a part of LHS history by committing gifts of $2,184 ($61 per month) or more over three years. Gift levels of $2,184 or more will be forever recognized in a display at the school.
The LHS 2184 campaign officially kicked off on November 1. To make your pledge, please go to the Luverne Area Community Foundation's 2184 Campaign donation page. For more information you can contact LELF President Cory Bloemendaal (LHS ‘89) at 507-227-2087 or coryb@buffaloridgeins.com or Luverne Area Community Foundation Executive Director Emily (Bowron) Crabtree (LHS ‘90) at 507-227-6841 or emily@luvacf.org.
